A measure of your force to finish a movement - how effectively do you prolong force over time?
Common characteristics when you have Low DRIVE
Limited mobility/flexibility leads to relying on shorter ranges of motion.
Often struggle to get full extension in the ankles and hips due to a lack of strength on the back side of the body (glutes, hamstrings, calves).
Increased odds of muscle strains (hamstring, groin) associated with Low DRIVE
