Common characteristics when you have Low LOAD & DRIVE
Commonly avoid the use of the front side of body (quads), causing individuals to bend at the hips instead of the ankles and knees.
Often struggle to get full extension in the ankles and hips due to a lack of strength on the back side of the body (glutes, hamstrings, calves).
